Job Title: Billing Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Billing Analyst to join our team at Forhyre. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our billing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issue and distribute invoices to customers
  • Process new contracts and sales, ensuring accurate billing and revenue recognition
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy and compliance
  • Address customer complaints and questions in a professional and timely manner
  • Monitor accounts receivable and transactions, identifying and resolving any discrepancies
  • Assist with customer account reconciliations and provide analytical reports to management
  • Support monthly and quarterly audits and cleanups, ensuring accurate financial reporting
  • Resolve any issues or mistakes in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Billing Analyst or similar accounting role
  • Good knowledge of electronic billing procedures and financial software
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiar with databases and SQL
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • BSc/BA in accounting or a related field is preferred
