Job Summary:

Dev2Work is seeking an experienced and accomplished individual to fill the role of Director - Healthcare Technology Management. This position involves overseeing the management of various types of medical equipment, providing hands-on experience, and offering leadership and process-improvement expertise to staff.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a high-level leader capable of managing a team of supervisors and technical professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of management performance within Healthcare Technology and a broad understanding of the diverse service aspects they will encounter and resolve daily.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of all clinical staff for program management and regulatory compliance
  • Project Management/Capital Planning
  • Client/customer relations
  • Purchasing/Subcontracts
  • Financial management
  • Hiring, training, and personnel management
  • Growing Organic sales

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
  • Executive & C-Suite experience
  • Basic Management Experience: 5 years
  • Basic Functional Experience: 5 years in maintenance and repair of clinical devices
  • Solution-oriented approach, critical thinking skills, and ability to navigate and resolve conflict successfully
  • Ability to provide world-class service and develop strong partnerships with customers, staff, and vendors
  • Superior business acumen, agility, and decision-making skills regarding budget management proficiencies
  • Experience leading high-performing teams, including mentoring/development of new and existing talent within the organization
