About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Analog/Mixed Signal Design Engineer to join our High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) Design team at Micron Technology. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, simulating, and verifying analog and mixed-signal circuits, including voltage regulators, PLLs, DLLs, IOs, sense amplifiers, and other critical components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits for HBM applications
  • Collaborate with digital, layout, test, and product engineers to ensure high-quality design and smooth product development
  • Perform system-level analysis and optimization of HBM performance, power, and reliability
  • Support silicon bring-up, characterization, and debug activities
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in analog/mixed-signal design and HBM
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in analog/mixed-signal design, preferably in the memory industry
  • Proficient in using Cadence design tools, such as Virtuoso, Spectre, ADE, etc.
  • Knowledge of analog and mixed-signal design principles, techniques, and standard methodologies
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Micron Technology offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $161,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
