TKDA is seeking a highly skilled Market Development Manager to join our team in Seattle. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting division and geographic market development planning, guiding and directing business development process execution, and building client and project capture planning efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support division and geographic market development planning
- Guide and direct business development process execution
- Build client and project capture planning efforts
- Translate market development plans into direction for corporate communications
- Conduct market research and analysis activities
- Mentor and guide Market Development Analysts to ensure succession and scale capacity
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering, architecture, or related field
- Minimum of five years of experience in the architecture/engineering/construction industry in a marketing or business development role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence and guide engineering and architecture professionals through market planning and business development processes
- Experience in market research and analysis
- Understanding of communication strategy and technique
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
Advantageous Qualifications:
- Experience in facilities design and engineering, rail, aviation, surface transportation, and/or water/wastewater markets
- Experience executing communication strategy
