Market Development Manager

TKDA is seeking a highly skilled Market Development Manager to join our team in Seattle. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting division and geographic market development planning, guiding and directing business development process execution, and building client and project capture planning efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support division and geographic market development planning
  • Guide and direct business development process execution
  • Build client and project capture planning efforts
  • Translate market development plans into direction for corporate communications
  • Conduct market research and analysis activities
  • Mentor and guide Market Development Analysts to ensure succession and scale capacity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering, architecture, or related field
  • Minimum of five years of experience in the architecture/engineering/construction industry in a marketing or business development role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to influence and guide engineering and architecture professionals through market planning and business development processes
  • Experience in market research and analysis
  • Understanding of communication strategy and technique
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications

Advantageous Qualifications:

  • Experience in facilities design and engineering, rail, aviation, surface transportation, and/or water/wastewater markets
  • Experience executing communication strategy
