End of Life Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Palliative Medicine Physician to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician looking to make a difference in the lives of patients and their families.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will provide consultative services to patients with complex medical needs, working closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary range of $400,000 - $600,000 per year, depending on experience, plus production bonus incentives, a starting bonus, retention bonus, paid relocation and moving allowance, paid malpractice, annual CME reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package.
We are based in a great city location with many amenities for you and your family, including an airport, lots of outdoor recreation opportunities, and spectacular trails.
This role also offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team of Advanced Practice Providers and work as Medical Director of the Hospice Program, overseeing all aspects of patient care.
