As a Senior Specialist, Integration/Test Engineering, you will play a critical role in securing the world by supporting the test effort for development of multiple ground-based mission systems and operations center from program inception to test verification and deployment.

This position will be in Colorado Springs, CO, and will work in a fast-paced environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and a collaborative team setting. The individual will define complex test strategies to verify mission capabilities while working with a team comprised of multiple internal organizations and subcontractors for the full integration and test of the mission system.

The test engineer will be a point-of-contact for the government customer for test planning and will coordinate across government and stakeholder offices to define the test and evaluation plan. Essential Functions:

Troubleshoot failures of the tests based on test plan inputs provided by the SEIT lead and test architect.
Complete specific test configuration details, test procedure development, implementation & checkout of STE, test sets & test set software checkout, analysis tools evaluation.
Support the directing of test activities, including supporting shift planning.
Identify risks & opportunities for specific test activities.
Work with and influence system engineering & design on architecture(s) and interfaces to optimize & include test capabilities early in the development life cycle.
Evaluate/Define STE requirements (hardware & software) needed for verification of System level requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
Active Secret security clearance with ability to attain a TS/SCI clearance

Preferred Additional Skills:

Excellent organization skills.
Effective communication skills in a collaborative team environment.
Requires comprehensive level knowledge of Electronic Warfare and System Engineering
Familiarity with Boundary Scan/LabVIEW/MATLAB/other tools for instrument control.
Proficient at JIRA/Confluence (or equivalent)
Experience in Agile & DevOps methodology and culture
JAVA and C++ application SW testing
Automation

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $85,000 - $158,000 This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
