This position will support the test effort for development of multiple ground-based mission systems and operations center from program inception to test verification and deployment.

The Senior Specialist, Integration & Test Engineer will define complex test strategies to verify mission capabilities while working with a team comprised of multiple internal organizations and subcontractors for the full integration and test of the mission system. The test engineer will be a point-of-contact for the government customer for test planning and will coordinate across government and stakeholder offices to define the test and evaluation plan.

Responsibilities include:
  • Completion of specific test configuration details
  • Test procedure development, implementation & checkout of STE, test sets & test set software checkout, analysis tools evaluation
  • Supporting shift planning
  • Identifying risks & opportunities for specific test activities
  • Working with system engineering & design on architecture(s) and interfaces to optimize & include test capabilities early in the development life cycle
  • Evaluating/Defining STE requirements (hardware & software) needed for verification of System level requirements

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience
  • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience
  • Active Secret security clearance with ability to attain a TS/SCI clearance
  • Comprehensive level knowledge of Electronic Warfare and System Engineering
  • Familiarity with Boundary Scan/LabVIEW/MATLAB/other tools for instrument control
  • Experience in Agile & DevOps methodology and culture
  • JAVA and C++ application SW testing
  • Automation
