As a Manufacturing Process Technician, you will play a crucial role in the production of Lexmark supply products. Your responsibilities will include transforming raw materials into finished goods while adhering to established protocols using advanced automated machinery. This role requires attention to detail, as you will be responsible for sampling, recording, and tracking production output. Flexibility to work various shifts is essential, as operational demands may require weekend availability.
Experience Levels:
- Entry Level: No prior experience required; a willingness to learn and follow safety protocols is essential.
- Intermediate Level: At least 1 year of experience in production or manufacturing, with a focus on basic processes and a readiness to learn Lean methodologies.
- Advanced Level: A minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing role, demonstrating high-quality production skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Expert Level: 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, capable of performing routine mechanical maintenance and quality assurance tasks.
- Leadership Level: 10 years of experience in chemical manufacturing, with expertise in multiple areas and a readiness to lead process enhancement initiatives.
Educational Requirements:
A high school diploma or GED is mandatory for this position.
Compensation:
The salary range for this role is between $19.00 and $28.00 per hour, with additional shift differentials applicable for evening and night shifts. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
