Experience Levels:

  • Advanced Level: A minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing role, demonstrating high-quality production skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
  • Expert Level: 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, capable of performing routine mechanical maintenance and quality assurance tasks.
  • Leadership Level: 10 years of experience in chemical manufacturing, with expertise in multiple areas and a readiness to lead process enhancement initiatives.

Educational Requirements:

A high school diploma or GED is mandatory for this position.

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is between $19.00 and $28.00 per hour, with additional shift differentials applicable for evening and night shifts. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing inventory levels of production supplies.
  • Operate forklifts as required for production processes.
