Job Summary

As a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician at Agilent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and processes. This position requires a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for the selection, installation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment.
  • Collaborate with engineers to optimize production processes, ensuring high-quality output, improved cycle-time, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Troubleshoot and test production equipment and processes to resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of manufacturing standards, processes, and procedures.
  • Utilize technical documentation to set up and maintain equipment.
  • Support the qualification of raw materials and chemicals used in production.
  • Compile and maintain accurate documentation of equipment maintenance, repairs, and process improvements.
  • Assist in the design and creation of tools to improve production capabilities.
Requirements
  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; technical certifications preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in a manufacturing or technical support role.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work with technical documentation.
  • Experience in collaborating with engineers to improve manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in working with various tools and equipment maintenance practices.
Additional Information

This is a full-time position with a weekly schedule. Applications will be accepted until the job is no longer posted. The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $53.85/hr plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits.
