Manufacturing Technician II

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Technician II to join our team at Danaher Corporation. As a key member of our Production Operations Department, you will be responsible for manufacturing next-generation sequencing library preparation reagents and kits according to defined protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacture next-generation sequencing library preparation reagents and kits according to defined protocols.
- Maintain clean room manufacturing facilities and equipment.
- Maintain and monitor production freezers and equipment.
- Document work in concordance with quality system guidelines.
- Use ERP and Microsoft Office Suite software to efficiently document material manufacturing and utilization accurately.
- Assist with physical inventory processes and movement of product.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
- Assist other departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience with laboratory equipment including multichannel pipettes, repeating pipettes, and centrifuges.
- Experience handling enzymes, DNA, and RNA.
- Familiarity with ISO 13485 or ability to adhere strictly to defined protocols and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or chemistry.
- Familiarity with Next Generation Sequencing technologies.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, including entering transactions and completing production orders.
