Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at Foundation Technologies Inc. as a Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to engineers and contractors, ensuring that projects are executed in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to identify new project opportunities and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, implementing improvements to our processes and procedures as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong background in project management and technical expertise.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Certifications: EIT or PE certification preferred, but not required.
