Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients, and driving sales through effective merchandising and visual presentation. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations and styling advice.
  • Drive sales through effective merchandising and visual presentation, ensuring that the sales floor is always well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring that the store looks its best at all times.
  • Assist with inventory management, processing shipments, and maintaining a clean and organized stockroom.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support the overall success of the store.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum one year sales associate or relevant experience in the services industry with proven results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally, and maneuver effectively around the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
