Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our team at Pacific Medical Centers. As a Pharmacist - Infusion Specialist, you will be responsible for the sterile preparation of chemotherapy and oncology medications for our infusion center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify and assist physicians with medication selection, formula preparations, and dosage calculations.
  • Maintain accurate dispensing records and patient records for each patient treated in the infusion unit.
  • Ensure quality pharmacy and customer service is provided in a professional manner, adhering to current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy.
  • Successful completion of training in the specialized functions of preparing and dispensing compounded parenteral products, including principles of aseptic technique and quality assurance.
  • Washington Pharmacist License.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year of pharmacy experience.
