Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to patients and parents at check-in and check-out, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance eligibility and service limits to ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate with the Orthodontic Financial Coordinator to provide same-day care when possible.
- Communication: Keep parents informed of their child's appointment progress and ensure all necessary information is communicated to the clinical team.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate patient records, update files, and perform other administrative duties as needed.
- Experience: At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or retail environment.
- Language Skills: Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with the clinical team and other front office staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
