As a small dealership, we operate with a dedicated team of technicians, including two primary technicians and one lube technician, alongside a service advisor. Our service department manages approximately 20 vehicle services daily.

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to handle multiple situations simultaneously, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with factory warranty policies and procedures.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSI) and employee satisfaction (ESI).
  • Oversee the workflow of technicians working on customer vehicles, ensuring efficient time management and effective parts ordering.
  • Supervise all customer vehicles, ensuring quality service delivery.
  • Communicate the necessity of services to customers in a professional manner, highlighting the benefits of required services.
  • Exhibit strong concentration and the ability to complete tasks despite potential interruptions.
  • Demonstrate excellent multitasking abilities.
  • Uphold a strong work ethic and commitment to service excellence.
