Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Functional Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, developing technical specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver complex solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and develop technical specifications to ensure successful implementation of applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and deliver complex business requirements and process flows.
  • Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for improvement, recommending enhancements to optimize system performance.
  • Develop and implement operational controls and metrics to measure the success of various initiatives.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of deployment tasks, ensuring smooth transitions and implementations.
  • Configure and test reports using Manhattan SCI, ensuring system functionality aligns with business requirements and team objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Assist QA teams in designing test plans and executing test cases to validate that systems meet both functional and performance requirements.
  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for system-related issues, preventing and resolving problems as they arise.
  • Partner with the Product Management team to ensure clear communication with peers, vendors, and business stakeholders regarding project scope and requirements.
  • Develop and share knowledge assets to improve efficiency, speed up issue resolution, and foster continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify root causes of system issues and suggest enhancements for future development work.
  • Document, track, and resolve issues related to vendor services, ensuring contractual compliance and clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with external teams to ensure alignment on priorities, development tasks, testing efforts, and deployment activities.
  • Develop and deliver training materials, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and feature demonstrations to ensure end-users are well-equipped to use the system effectively.
  • Guide and mentor junior analysts and team members, promoting continuous learning and improvement across the team.
  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement to improve overall system performance.
  • Manage risks, issues, assumptions, and constraints, ensuring timely and clear communication with relevant stakeholders.

  • You are willing to support off-hours work as needed, including weekends, holidays, and 24/7 on-call responsibilities on a rotational basis.
  • You are able to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%.
