Job Title: Advanced Practice Registered Nurse

Monadnock Family Services is seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our multidisciplinary clinical team. As a key member of our team, you will provide direct psychiatric care to assigned consumers at various program sites.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and diagnose consumers for medication treatment and ongoing evaluation/monitoring
  • Participate in patient treatment planning as a member of the clinical team
  • Provide medication management and monitoring
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
  • NH Nursing License and NH APRN License with Psychiatric Certification preferred
  • Preference will be given to those who hold a NH Medical License
  • Current DEA
  • ABPN Certification in General Psychiatry for MDs/DOs
  • Comfort and knowledge in prescribing for adults and adolescents
