Monadnock Family Services is seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our multidisciplinary clinical team. As an APRN, you will provide direct psychiatric care to assigned consumers at various program sites, assessing and diagnosing their needs for medication treatment, ongoing evaluation, and monitoring. You will also participate in patient treatment planning as a member of our clinical team.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct psychiatric care to assigned consumers, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Assess and evaluate the appropriateness of medication treatment for consumers.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of medication treatment and make adjustments as needed.
- Participate in multidisciplinary clinical team meetings to discuss consumer treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for consumers.
- NH Nursing License and NH APRN License with Psychiatric Certification preferred.
- Preference will be given to those who hold a NH Medical License.
- Current DEA certification.
- ABPN Certification in General Psychiatry for MDs/DOs.
- Comfort and knowledge in prescribing for adults and adolescents.
