Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our multidisciplinary clinical team at Monadnock Family Services. The successful candidate will provide direct psychiatric care to assigned consumers, assess and diagnose patients, and participate in treatment planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct psychiatric care to assigned consumers at various program sites
  • Assess and diagnose patients for medication treatment and ongoing evaluation/monitoring
  • Participate in patient treatment planning as a member of the clinical team
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
  • NH Nursing License and NH APRN License with Psychiatric Certification preferred
  • Preference will be given to those who hold a NH Medical License
  • Current DEA
  • ABPN Certification in General Psychiatry for MDs/DOs
  • Comfort and knowledge in prescribing for adults and adolescents
