Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Construction Schedule Coordinator to join our team at System One. This role is critical for overseeing a significant infrastructure initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directing a team to formulate and uphold project timelines
  • Generating progress documentation and merging subcontractor timelines
  • Evaluating critical path modifications and liaising with project stakeholders

Qualifications: Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 8 years in Project Scheduling, particularly within heavy civil and industrial construction, is preferred. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Oracle Primavera Cloud is essential, alongside excellent communication skills and the capability to work collaboratively with diverse team members. Note that project site access will require a Federal Background Check.
