The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Job:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to work in our residential treatment program. As a Therapeutic Care Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing individualized behavior plans, providing crisis interventions, and promoting independent living skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and in writing
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Valid Ohio Driver's License with no more than 5 points on license
