Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at Cortland Dental & Braces, a Benevis company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality dental care and support to patients under the supervision of a dentist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform scaling, take x-rays, and educate patients on oral hygiene
  • Contribute to a team that prioritizes compassionate care and community involvement
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
  • Ability to speak another language (quarterly bonuses based on Office performance)
  • Able to work with children (70% or more of our patient base)
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary up to $90,000 per year

  • Hygienist Continuing Education - reimbursement for continuing education courses up to $250 per year or maximum of $500 during a two-year period for full-time Hygienists
