Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

Bushel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving our company's financial strategy and ensuring our continued growth and success.

About the Role:

The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for leading our financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions. You will work closely with our CEO and executive team to develop and implement financial strategies that align with our company's overall goals and objectives. This includes managing our budget, forecasting revenue and expenses, and analyzing financial data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives
  • Manage our budget and forecasting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Lead financial analysis and reporting functions to inform business decisions
  • Partner with our CEO and executive team to drive strategic initiatives and ensure financial sustainability
  • Manage our capital structure and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in a technology or software company
  • Proven track record of driving financial growth and success in a high-growth environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • CPA or MBA preferred
