Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for meeting new business production goals and objectives, soliciting new business, developing insurance quotes, and closing sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Solicit new business via lead sources.
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Perform lead generation activities, including cold calling and direct email.

Requirements:

  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn and be coachable with an upbeat and positive attitude.
  • Be confident and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and create relationships from a cold start.
  • Prior sales experience is preferred, but we will train qualified candidates.
  • P&C license is required.
