Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Service Center Manager to join our team at Blain's Farm & Fleet. As a key member of our Service Center team, you will be responsible for assisting the Service Center Manager in overseeing the Service Technicians and the Automotive Service Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide technical assistance and training to service technicians and advisors
  • Supervise Service Center associates and ensure they are meeting performance expectations
  • Perform technician responsibilities as needed to support the Service Center team
  • Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in automotive maintenance and repair is preferred
  • Prior supervisory experience is preferred
  • Prior retail experience is preferred
  • Able to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks
  • Able to attain ASE Certification in A4 Steering and Suspension and A5 brakes within one year of hire date
  • Ability to read and speak English and communicate with customers and co-workers
