Administrative Coordinator, California Afterschool Network Transformation Specialist

Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide critical support to our team. This is a hybrid position that requires work in our Sacramento office at least one time per week.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the entire CAN team, including scheduling, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and event logistics.
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and distribute materials as needed.
- Support committees and workgroups with administrative tasks.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and assist with event preparation.
- Manage shipping and mailing services, order supplies, and maintain inventory.
- Two years of relevant experience in administrative duties, such as scheduling, meeting logistics, file coordination, and general office operations.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Platforms, and Zoom/virtual meeting platforms.

The salary range for this position is $24.04 - $24.04 per hour, based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity. Final salary and rates will be determined upon hiring.
