Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Automotive Sales Representative to join our team. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with clients, exhibiting consultative selling skills, and continuously developing product and sales acumen to become a vehicle authority.

Key Responsibilities

  • Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life
  • Exhibit consultative selling skills, assisting customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
  • Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority, knowing the ins and outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies
  • Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles
  • Follow up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
  • Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and take care of guests daily
  • Update your CRM tool daily
  • Responsible for prospecting and setting appointments daily

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years old to meet the minimum insurance requirement
  • Able to work Monday through Saturday with one day off during the week
  • Professional communication skills with customers and team members
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • Clean driving record with a valid non-suspended driver's license
  • Background check and drug screen
  • Bilingual strongly recommended
