We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Support Administrator to provide comprehensive support to the President of Goldstream Group.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Manage the President's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements with discretion and professionalism.
  2. Prepare and organize documents for meetings, presentations, and conferences using Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  3. Act as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders, handling confidential information with tact and diplomacy.
  4. Oversee and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, developing project timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project execution, prepare and present project status reports to leadership, and assist in researching potential business opportunities and partnerships.
  6. Help prepare proposals, presentations, and other materials for business development initiatives, coordinating and attending networking events and industry conferences.
  7. Develop, maintain, and update the company's customer relationships management system, utilizing strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online communication tools.
Salary Range

$65,000 to $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
