Children's Academy of Success is in search of a passionate Early Childhood Educator who will be instrumental in nurturing and guiding young learners within a secure and engaging atmosphere. This position is ideal for a committed professional dedicated to cultivating the growth and development of children.
Key Responsibilities- Employing diverse activities and teaching techniques (such as music, storytelling, arts and crafts) to inspire and enhance children's skills.
- Addressing the emotional, social, and physical requirements of each child.
- Ensuring consistent communication with parents regarding their child's progress.
- Documenting and distributing reports on any accidents or incidents on the same day.
- Utilizing effective behavior management strategies to foster a constructive classroom environment.
- Creating and executing captivating lesson plans that adhere to educational standards.
- Exhibiting problem-solving abilities and exceptional organizational skills in classroom management.
- A minimum of 12 units completed in Early Childhood Education.
- CPR and First Aid certification from recognized organizations is preferred.
- Successful completion of a T.B. test or chest x-ray and fingerprinting is required.
- Prior experience in educational settings working with young children.
Type: Full-time
Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
Benefits: Paid time off
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
