Aspectos Clave:

Responsabilidades:
  • Asistir al gerente de la comunidad en la gestión de la propiedad de acuerdo con los objetivos y métricas de la empresa.
  • Mantener niveles de ocupación, asegurar relaciones positivas con los residentes y cumplir con todos los requisitos de informes.
  • Preparar y entregar cartas de renovación a los residentes e iniciar nuevos contratos de arrendamiento con residentes existentes.
  • Participar en la creación del plan de divulgación anual y coordinar eventos mensuales para residentes.
  • Asistir en la exhibición y arrendamiento de todas las unidades.
  • Ayudar en el monitoreo de la efectividad de la publicidad.
  • Distribuir todos los avisos emitidos por la empresa o la comunidad.
  • Proporcionar un servicio al cliente excepcional atendiendo las necesidades de mudanza de los residentes y respondiendo a las solicitudes de manera profesional y oportuna.
  • Gestionar todos los archivos electrónicos de arrendamiento de los residentes; asegurar el control de calidad en la gestión de archivos, incluyendo el almacenamiento de documentos en una base de datos propietaria.
  • Ser responsable de todos los pagos de alquiler y la gestión de cuentas por cobrar; registrar depósitos diarios.
  • Realizar inspecciones de la propiedad; evaluar el estado de las propiedades y recomendar reparaciones menores.
  • Asistir en la supervisión de las operaciones de mantenimiento.
  • Otras funciones según lo asignado por el Gerente de la Comunidad.
Calificaciones:
  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia administrativa en gestión de propiedades o campo relacionado.
  • Se desea algo de educación universitaria.
  • Se prefiere experiencia con cualquier software de gestión de propiedades (por ejemplo, AppFolio, Yardi, MRI, etc.).
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar un horario flexible, incluyendo noches y fines de semana según sea necesario.
