As an Event Planning Specialist, your main role will be to assist clients in organizing group events at KidZania. This encompasses a diverse range of groups, including educational institutions, celebrations, corporate gatherings, and various organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients after the Group Sales Team has finalized the booking, ensuring all details are confirmed with the group leader.
  • Communicate essential information regarding ticket requirements, catering preferences, venue directions, event timing, and necessary chaperone details.
  • Coordinate with internal teams at KidZania, including operations, food services, and event hosts, to ensure all group needs are met prior to the event.
  • Welcome groups on the day of their event, ensuring seamless execution and coordination of all activities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Engage in weekly meetings to discuss sales and operational strategies.
  • Maintain organized records of client communications using a professional CRM system.
  • Exemplify and promote the values of positivity, professionalism, and respect within the workplace.
  • Assist with customer service inquiries as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
  • Professional demeanor with strong communication skills for interactions with clients and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated individual with excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, along with strong customer service and problem-solving capabilities.
