{"ROLE OVERVIEW": "As a Master Trainer with QBS, provider of Safety-Care, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality training programs to customers across various settings. Your expertise in behavior change and management will be instrumental in empowering professionals to effectively address challenging behaviors.

With a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for training, you will travel extensively, conducting multi-day training programs in the US and internationally. Your ability to adapt to new environments and build strong relationships with customers will be essential in driving success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct and implement QBS training programs as prescribed and dictated in training manuals and other directive materials

* Arrange and travel to customer sites to conduct multi-day training programs, involving overnight stays and some weekend travel

* Complete and submit paperwork in a timely, accurate manner, including but not limited to training records and expense reports

* Maintain and promote customer service and satisfaction through professional behavior, responding to and/or resolving questions, concerns, and complaints in a professional, thorough, and timely manner

* Assist with customer support by responding to emails or phone calls and through our online support system

* Support sales and marketing team through participation in activities including but not limited to in-person and web-based presentations of QBS products and services, newsletters and other publications, sales meetings with prospective customers, customer service calls, exhibit booth duties, and other activities as assigned

* Participate in the design, development, and refinement of training materials to meet the future needs of QBS clients

* Maintain certification as a BCBA and maintain knowledge of current literature in applied behavior analysis

Requirements:

* Possess a minimum of 3-5 years experience providing consultation and training in behavioral principles and procedures to para/professionals in one or more of the following areas: autism/developmental disabilities services, adolescent or adult psychiatric settings, brain injury rehabilitation, or other relevant human service settings

* Experience in hospital or residential settings preferred

* Experience with high intensity behavioral challenges required

* Travel 30 weeks per year with some weekend travel

* Physical requirements include standing and kneeling for long periods of time, getting up and down from the floor without using the floor for support repetitively, and ability to support weight to the ground or to lift

* Proficient and Professional verbal and written communication skills

* Access to strong and reliable internet connection for customer and internal webinars and meetings

* Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

EDUCATION:

* Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or closely related program

* Minimum of one year, and currently active Board Certification in Behavior Analysis
