Job SummaryWe are seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As a CNA at Maple Springs of Palmer, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while enjoying a flexible schedule and a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care to our residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility support.
- Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment that promotes teamwork and open communication.
- CNA license in the state of Alaska.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in computer operation, writing, speaking, and reading the English language.
- CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including full-time, part-time, and 12-hour shifts.
- Competitive hourly rate of $18.00 per hour.
