TTS Technologies is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer to oversee HR functions across multiple facilities in Ohio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support various behavioral health clinics with existing HR personnel.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and organizational policies.
  • Manage employee relations and facilitate conflict resolution.
  • Create and execute recruitment and retention initiatives.
  • Conduct comprehensive HR audits and deliver training programs.
  • Boost employee engagement and refine HR operations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in preparing for audits related to healthcare accreditation (e.g., JCAHO/Joint Commission, CARF, or equivalent).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on compliance.
  • Willingness to travel between facilities as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in inpatient behavioral health settings is highly desirable.
  • PHR or SPHR certification(s) are preferred.
