About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Distribution Manager to lead our daily operations in Roswell, GA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient delivery of products to our clients and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the daily operations of vending, micro market, and coffee routes
  • Identify and promptly address customer issues, collaborating with Key Account Managers or customers directly
  • Schedule routes and manage personnel to ensure seamless execution
  • Coordinate relief and ensure accurate inventory management
  • Assist with client management and retention efforts
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve business processes and efficiencies
  • Champion a safety-focused work environment
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of relevant route experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass DOT physical requirement
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work with database inventory management software, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
