Senior Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an accomplished Office Manager to join our team at Woody Buick GMC of Naperville. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for overseeing office operations, managing staff, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.
Responsibilities:- Manage office staff, including Biller, License & Title, and Cashiers, ensuring efficient daily operations.
- Collaborate with the Comptroller to prepare financial reports, reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, floorplan, and factory open accounts.
- Maintain schedules, provide reports, manage document retention, and handle correspondence to ensure office efficiency.
The successful candidate will have five years of experience in dealership office management, preferably with General Motors experience. They should possess excellent customer service and organizational skills, detail-oriented with multitasking abilities.
