Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in leadership development and a passion for creating impactful learning experiences. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least five years' experience designing and delivering leadership development programs and collaborating with Human Resources and other subject matter experts.
  • At least five years' supervisory/management experience with a strong understanding of leadership theories and adult learning principles.
  • Professional certifications such as CPTD, CPTM, SHRM-CP, or PHR preferred.
