Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our internal and external customers, utilizing your in-depth knowledge of company products and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to identify their needs and respond appropriately.
  • Field calls and quickly transfer to the correct department, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  • Work with the Tier 2 team to escalate customer technical issues and resolve them efficiently.
  • Track, route, and escalate unresolved issues to management, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Follow established guidelines specific to each customer call, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Locate, confirm, and document relevant information, utilizing multiple systems as needed.
  • Remain current on process updates and technology used within the company, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • May utilize multiple communication channels to assist clients, including telephone, email, online chat, and more.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with two to three years of related experience and/or training.
  • Experience in a call center environment is a plus.
  • Must be available to work on-site, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.
  • Knowledge of Word Processing software, Spreadsheet software, Order processing systems, and Contact Management systems.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and provide exceptional service.
  • Experience in Customer Service, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic internet skills.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills, with a high degree of initiative and mature judgment.
