Behavioral Health Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate BH Therapist to join our team at Prestige Healthcare Resources Inc. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the lives of others.
About the Role:
- Conduct initial consultations to gather client information and assess their emotional and mental health.
- Develop treatment plans tailored to meet each client's unique needs and goals.
- Lead psychoeducational and process-oriented therapy groups, facilitate clinical assessments, and conduct individual and family therapy sessions.
- Maintain detailed confidential records and provide referrals for additional care or services when required.
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services in accordance with general standards applicable to mental health professionals.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree- Board approved LCSW or LCPC.
- Two years of administrative/office or related experience.
- CPR Certification (Required).
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.A.

- Delegate effectively; giving clear direction, setting expectations, and providing the necessary resources and support to help their teams succeed.
- Predict future trends and challenges, staying up-to-date on industry developments, monitoring market trends, and seeking out new opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Systemize processes; identifying and eliminating inefficiencies, establishing clear workflows and procedures, and ensuring that everyone in the organization is aligned around the same goals.
Salary Information:
The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
