Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate BH Therapist to join our team at Prestige Healthcare Resources Inc. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the lives of others.

About the Role:

  • Conduct initial consultations to gather client information and assess their emotional and mental health.
  • Develop treatment plans tailored to meet each client's unique needs and goals.
  • Lead psychoeducational and process-oriented therapy groups, facilitate clinical assessments, and conduct individual and family therapy sessions.
  • Maintain detailed confidential records and provide referrals for additional care or services when required.
  • Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services in accordance with general standards applicable to mental health professionals.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree- Board approved LCSW or LCPC.
  • Two years of administrative/office or related experience.
  • CPR Certification (Required).
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.A.

  4. Systemize processes; identifying and eliminating inefficiencies, establishing clear workflows and procedures, and ensuring that everyone in the organization is aligned around the same goals.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
