Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pool Construction Superintendent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in construction supervision, strong project management skills, and a keen eye for detail. As a Pool Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of pool construction projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and completion. You will work closely with our clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage all phases of pool construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Site Supervision: Oversee construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets company standards and client expectations.
  • Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and any issues that may arise.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and address any obstacles or challenges that may impact project timelines or budget constraints, implementing effective solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate construction teams to ensure productivity, efficiency, and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and progress reports.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role, with a focus on pool construction projects.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing priorities effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality and craftsmanship.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership and team-building abilities, with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with construction techniques, materials, and equipment used in pool construction.
  • Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry, with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
