Job Description

About the Role:

The Aviation Project Manager will lead the planning, design, and construction of airport projects, ensuring high quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of project plans, specifications, and estimates
  • Coordinate resolution of technical issues with project staff
  • Review and interpret technical drawings and documents
  • Prepare technical documents as necessary
  • Develop and implement project schedules that balance client needs and internal capacity
  • Oversee the on-time submittal of technical work products and deliverables
  • Coordinate with resource managers to ensure adequate staffing is assigned to projects
  • Monitor project financials, burn rate, and earned value and take appropriate action to make adjustments as needed
  • Identify project changes quickly and obtain contract amendments or conduct other change management activities as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 6 years of experience required (0 years as a PM)
  • PE licensure required
  • PMP preferred
  • DOWL PM certification required
