Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Systems Analyst to spearhead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) initiatives for our client. This role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance authoring tools and processes, ensuring an optimal shopping experience for customers worldwide. You will take charge of guiding cross-functional UAT teams through all phases of the UAT lifecycle, including strategic planning, scoping, design, development, execution, and communication.


Key Qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge of eCommerce ecosystems with substantial experience in mid to large-scale eCommerce systems, particularly in content management and product information systems.
  • A minimum of 7 years in managing and leading UAT processes with diverse teams to ensure system implementations align with business requirements.
  • Proficient in driving UAT processes across various software development methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a keen analytical mindset to quickly understand complex issues and their downstream effects.
  • Proven track record of innovation and ownership through creative strategies and continuous process enhancements.
  • A proactive self-starter who can manage multiple tasks and excel in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of effectively organizing and conveying information to global audiences with varying backgrounds.

Role Responsibilities:

As a Systems Analyst, you will collaborate with the business community and engineering teams to grasp digital content management operations and establish processes, strategies, and frameworks for authoring tools. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding the needs of DCM specialists and their operational processes.
  • Working effectively with cross-functional teams, including DCM specialists, Product Management, Development, QA, and deployment teams.
  • Developing best-in-class testing strategies and frameworks to validate authoring applications that support scalability, efficient production practices, and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Overseeing UAT strategy, processes, and entry/exit criteria.
  • Planning resources, schedules, and environment data while considering interdependencies and downstream impacts.
  • Communicating status reports to stakeholders.
  • Facilitating business team adoption of tools and processes through readiness planning, documentation, training, and support.
