Parts Advisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join our team at Lithia Motors. As a key member of our dealership, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the efficient delivery of vehicle parts and merchandise.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries regarding vehicle parts and merchandise.
  • Coordinate with the Service Team to ensure seamless delivery of parts for vehicle repair and service.
  • Process orders for parts from suppliers, ensuring timely receipt and storage of inventory.
  • Manage inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and perform regular stock checks.
  • Process payments, obtain credit authorizations, and handle core returns, parts warranties, and returns as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a parts advisor or similar role is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive components and systems is essential.
  • Automotive dealership service experience is a plus.
  • Any relevant certifications or training is highly valued.
