Position Summary: We are in search of a Director of Generative AI Solutions to spearhead the advancement and incorporation of state-of-the-art AI technologies within our client's expansive enterprise framework. The successful candidate will possess a wealth of experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and statistical modeling methodologies. This position demands exceptional leadership and project management capabilities, as the individual will guide a skilled team, fostering innovation and delivering AI-centric solutions.

Compensation: $250k+

Workplace Policy: Hybrid, New York City location

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the design, development, and execution of generative AI solutions
  • Manage a team of AI specialists, offering guidance and mentorship
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to embed AI solutions into current systems
  • Remain informed about the latest trends and advancements in AI technologies
  • Guarantee the scalability and dependability of AI solutions within a large corporate structure

Required Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Economics
  • Significant experience (10+ years) in the development and integration of generative AI solutions, particularly in large organizations
  • Robust background in NLP, LLMs, and statistical modeling techniques
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing technical teams
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking capabilities
