The Role

We're seeking a visionary Head of Design to spearhead our design function and collaborate with cross-functional teams. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll shape the visual identity and user experience of our products, driving innovation and excellence in design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a consistent design vision that aligns with our company's goals and values.
  • Build and lead a high-performing design team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and customer success teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
  • Recruit, hire, and develop talented designers who share our passion for innovation and excellence.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio showcasing your design skills, taste, and ability to craft exceptional products.
  • Proven track record of leading and inspiring design teams, with a focus on innovation, collaboration, and results-driven design.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • A strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, able to balance big-picture thinking with a focus on execution.
