Job Summary

The Culinary Specialist prepares food in accordance with standardized recipes and instructions of the executive chef or sous chef. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Education: High School/ GED preferred or three years institutional cooking experience
  • Work experience: 2 years food preparation. High volume food preparation preferred.
License & Certifications:

Food Handlers Certification

oven, steam cookers, meat slicer, deep fat fryer and grill

Communication Skills:
