Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to address patient needs and goals.
- Deliver evidence-based treatment to patients with a range of disorders, including dysphagia, stroke, and neuro rehabilitation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers on communication and swallowing strategies.
- Current Speech-Language Pathology license required.
- Experience working with patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders preferred.
