Speech-Language Pathologist PRN Opportunity

Wisteria Place Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team on a PRN basis. As a Speech-Language Pathologist at Wisteria Place, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide high-quality care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Effectively screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders and develop an appropriate plan of care following all regulatory and clinical practice standards.
Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
Evaluate treatment outcomes for effectiveness and modify services in relation to patient evaluation and referrals as needed.
Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.
Document all regulatory and clinically required information in the electronic documentation system and maintain patient records according to company policy.

Requirements:

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
This position is open to therapists at all experience levels.
