Job Title: School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Austin, TX
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of students. As a School SLP, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive speech and language assessments and evaluations for students, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on student needs, and delivering engaging therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language assessments and evaluations for students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of services provided.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid SLP state license.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience working with pediatric populations is desirable.
