Rack Room Shoes is a leading retailer of footwear and accessories. We're seeking a skilled Sales Associate to join our team at the Norfolk Premium Outlets location.

**Job Summary**

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers through awareness of company service standards, maintaining current sales promotions, and processing sales transactions in accordance with policy and procedure.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Maintain awareness of all current sales promotions.
  2. Maintain merchandise presentation.
  3. Process all sales and POS terminal transactions in accordance with policy and procedure.

**Requirements**

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have basic math skills.

**Estimated Salary:** $12-$15 per hour, depending on experience. The total annual salary would be approximately $24,960 - $31,200 based on 40 hours of work per week.
